If you have ever worked on a few different Word documents at the same time, and experienced the frustration of moving between the documents - when alt-tab (and the rest) just doesn't seem to work write...

i have been using Office Tab for a few years now and it takes away all the bother. It's not free, but they do have a trial period where you can try it out.

This is strongly recommended, not least because they implemented a suggestion of mine - see below (I'm sure I'm not the only one who had the idea, but it's nice to believe I made a difference).

Can I make a request?


The request, is that you offer coloured (colourful tabs) – this would make it much easier to see the different tabs. I suggest also, that you offer a “professional” version (of coloured tabs) which offers varying shades of grey or something similar.
